The best thing about DoorDash is the people. Furthermore, as an engineer, I love technical challenges, and given the amount of scale the company persevered through in the past year - DoorDash is certainly not shy of them.
You get to pick your hours and work on your own time.
Work / life balance is not so great though it really depends on your team.
Bad team management. Lack of diversity and inclusion. Folks are just there till their money vests.
